Our Development Team
RST employs a flexible and versatile team mainly comprising young computer scientists and experienced engineers.
By forgoing rigid structures and employing a flat hierarchy, our developers can swiftly and directly react to our customer' requirements. Both the constant improvement of our middleware platform Gamma V as well as our work on customer projects and support for existing installations profit from this approach as every developer is familiar with every aspect of the middleware and we can quickly provide capacities for prioritized tasks as necessitated by the current order situation.
Besides our core team, for special assignments we also work with a selection of experienced freelancers from a diverse number of specialties.
RST's CEO is Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Robert Schachner, who has been a household name in the German market for embedded systems since the late 80s when he worked at Motorola in the department that defined and introduced the classic VME bus. He has been working on the concept and implementation of data models and their role in automation technology since 1987. He is a founding member and technical director of Embedded4You e.v. and has been teaching classes on "methods of real time communication in embedded systems" at Rosenheim college since 2014.
Through our tight cooperation with several colleges in Southern Germany we foster young talents through their Master's thesis and are ready to offer them a steady job at RST if they are qualified and there is mutual interest.
Since 2014, RST also takes on trainees for the trade of Technischer Informatiker (practical computer sciences). Since 2015 we have also begun offering positions in an integrated degree program for Master's students.
